Betty Jacques is the heart and driving force behind NetGainRCM. With 25 years of hands-on Revenue Cycle Management experience, she has spent her career doing one thing exceptionally well — helping medical practices take back control of their financial performance.
Her expertise spans denial prevention, AR optimization, operational efficiency, and revenue cycle process improvement across practices of all sizes and specialties. Betty doesn’t just identify problems — she builds the streamlined, sustainable solutions that fix them for good. Betty is also deeply invested in the Rhode Island community she calls home.
